Desktop Support

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Desktop Support I for a prominent client of ours. This position is Remote
.

Details of the position are as follows:

• Pay: $38 – $43.45/hr to Start!!
• 3-month assignment, probable extension based on budget and performance.
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (REMOTE).
• Position will serve as a frontline support agent within our broader platform organization. This is a highly hands-on role: you'll own merchant tickets end-to-end, build deep product and workflow expertise quickly, and become a go-to resource for resolving complex, high-impact cases.
• This is a role for someone who thrives in the weeds. Expect the day-to-day to be working the queue, diagnosing Client issues with incomplete information, driving cases to resolution, and delivering a consistently high bar of merchant communication.

• High School Diploma is Required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of merchant (customer) facing IT Support for POS, delivery, or e-commerce required.
• Strong technical troubleshooting (you can reason through complex failures without perfect logs, clear repro steps, or direct system access and still drive issues to resolution) required.
• Ownership of tickets end-to-end, not just initial triage required.
• Merchant(customer)-facing experience required.
• High volume environment / metrics.
