Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities:
Leverage SQL/data analytics to evaluate system performance, data integrity, and user feedback while working closely with IT to resolve gaps and hold them accountable. Design and implement AI agents to automate repetitive tasks, enhance user workflows, and improve learning outcomes. Analyze learning data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in learning workflows using technical and creative problem-solving.

Prototype and pilot AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to reengineer processes for efficiency and scalability. Translate learning experience and UX/UI requirements into clean, scalable front-end code. Build and maintain reusable LMS components that support consistent learning experiences. Develop client interfaces that help learners, instructors, and admins navigate content and resolve issues. Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and Product Managers to clarify requirements and refine learner interactions.

Work closely with platform and backend teams to integrate APIs, synchronize learning data, and ensure seamless content delivery. Ensure consistent UI behavior and accessibility across courses, modules, and integrated learning tools. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet both functional and technical standards. Champion cross-functional collaboration, bridging gaps between instructional design, IT, and learners. Troubleshoot technical issues and fine-tune application performance for scalability and responsiveness.

Curate and manage content libraries in LMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Monitor and optimize digital learning tools for performance, usability, and alignment with educational goals. Provide operational and general technical support for the team, including content, file, and technology management. Perform other reasonable duties and assist with cross-functional initiatives as requested to support team goals.
