As the Expert Solution Architect for Supply Chain Management, you will serve as the principal visionary shaping Everpure's global operational blueprint on the S/4

HANA platform. Operating as a premier individual contributor, you will navigate highly complex, unique ecosystem variables to align multi-faceted business strategies with cutting-edge technical architecture. By building collaborative formal networks across Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, and broader IT squads, you will establish the technical governance and "clean core" strategies needed to scale Everpure's global infrastructure for next-generation technology demands.

• Architect the Global SCM Blueprint:
  Act independently to design and govern end-to-end supply chain solution architectures, mapping complex business strategies to standard S/4
  
  HANA capabilities while rigorously enforcing "fit-to-standard" principles to minimize technical debt.
• Drive Platform Strategy &
  
  Roadmap:
  
  Establish the long-term technical direction and evaluation criteria for corporate supply chain platforms, visualizing intricate platform dependencies and defining robust governance models for critical master data.
• Orchestrate Seamless Ecosystem Integration:
  Lead the architectural design of resilient interfaces connecting core ERP modules, third-party logistics (3PL) networks, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Govern Delivery Quality:
  Define cross-functional testing methodologies and execution criteria, overseeing advanced configuration validation, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) across global deployments.
• Facilitate Executive Alignment:
  Convene and lead high-impact design workshops, utilizing exceptional negotiation capabilities to align executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical delivery partners on major functional initiatives.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

• Expert S/4
  
  HANA Domain Mastery:
  Comprehensive architectural knowledge across major S/4
  
  HANA logistics domains, including Planning & Forecasting (IBP, aATP, MRP Live), Sourcing & Procurement (P2P), and Logistics & Fulfillment (TM, OTC) integrated with Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes.
• Advanced Manufacturing Architecture:
  Deep expertise in Production Planning (PP), Variant Configuration for complex product structures, and contract manufacturing workflows in a global environment.
• Enterprise Architecture Fluency:
  Proven experience steering full-lifecycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations using the SAP Activate Methodology, Agile frameworks, and Enterprise Architecture visualization tools (such as LeanIX or Ardoq).
• Strategic Influence & Acumen:
  Demonstrated ability to evaluate intangible business variables, create cross-functional networks, and translate highly technical architecture concepts into clear, value-driven strategies for non-technical executives.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. There is no Final date to receive applications and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

The annual base salary range is:

$205,000 - $256,000 USD
