Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support an enterprise SAP S/4
HANA transformation focused on Product, Quality, and New Product Introduction (NPI). This role requires strong business analysis skills, stakeholder collaboration, and experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Product, Quality, and NPI work streams throughout the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from Business Process Owners (BPOs), SMEs, and key stakeholders.
Create and maintain As-Is/To-Be process documentation, business process flows, and functional requirements.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solution designs.
Conduct gap analysis, support solution validation, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test script development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Jira/Xray.
Required Skills:
Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Supply Chain Analyst supporting ERP or SAP implementations.
Business requirements gathering & process mapping
Product Master Data, BOM, NPI, PLM, or SKU Lifecycle
Manufacturing, Product Quality, or Supply Chain processes
UAT, defect management, and data validation
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Jira/Xray, Agile, CPQ/CTO is a plus
