5+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data quality—preferably in logistics or supply chain environments
Proven ability to manage data across multiple systems and drive cross-functional alignment
Experience defining data models, governance frameworks, and quality metrics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence collaborators at
Ways to stand out from the crowd- Experience with global logistics operations and transportation data (carriers,
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, SQL, or cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with EDI data (e.g., 214/210) and logistics visibility systems
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
- Background in building centralized data models or shared data platforms
