Selector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive successful adoption of the platform within customer environments. You will provide product knowledge, technical support, and implementation guidance as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will meet weekly with customers to understand observability challenges and work with Engineering to define requirements to achieve outcomes, leveraging networking and APM background to simplify customers’ operations.
