Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neo-Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment, and operationalization of large-scale AI and HPC GPU cloud infrastructure. This role serves as the primary technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering teams, cloud partners, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative GPU infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing enterprise-scale cloud or HPC environments, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and is comfortable leading customer-facing technical engagements.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build proof-of-concepts, resolve performance challenges, optimize large-scale GPU environments, and help shape future infrastructure solutions through direct customer feedback.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the full lifecycle of AI and HPC infrastructure deployments.
  • Design and implement large-scale GPU cloud infrastructure solutions alongside cloud partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales and business teams to identify technical opportunities and support customer engagements.
  • Lead technical meetings, architecture reviews, workshops, and solution presentations.
  • Develop proof-of-concept environments for networking and compute infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and infrastructure challenges.
  • Recommend architectural improvements based on customer requirements and field experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and influence future solution development.
  • Document technical recommendations, architecture decisions, and deployment strategies.
  • Support customers during implementation, production deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Required Experience / Skills
  • 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience designing and deploying large-scale cloud, AI, or HPC cluster environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data center architecture.
  • Experience supporting AI infrastructure or GPU-based computing environments.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and cloud partners.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with both business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical engagements simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with GPU networking technologies such as Infini Band or high-performance Ethernet.
  • Knowledge of GPU management tools including NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control, or Base Command Manager.
  • Experience benchmarking AI workloads and GPU cluster performance.
  • Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes or SLURM.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure deployment at enterprise or hyperscale scale.
