Full-Stack Developer – Business Process Automation | Santa Clara, CA

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong full-stack developer who is a quick learner and wants to apply modern technology to real-world process automation challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop responsive web applications and dashboards that give users clear visibility and self-service capabilities into automated business processes
• Build backend services and APIs that orchestrate workflows, enforce business rules, handle exceptions, and support multi-channel data inputs
• Contribute to AI-powered capabilities that process unstructured communications and documents, extract structured data, and intelligently route information for review or automation
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP and other business systems
• Work with modern databases and data models to support reliable process data management
• Collaborate on cloud-native development (GCP, Azure, AWS), containerized architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and overall solution delivery
• Participate across the full lifecycle — design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support — while continuously learning domain processes and enterprise systems
• Contribute to data analytics features and dashboards that surface insights into process performance, trends, exceptions, and operational metrics
• Work with cloud data platforms and data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and data-driven process improvements

Required

• Hands-on experience building modern web applications (frontend + backend services)
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL and/or No
  
  SQL) and designing/consuming RESTful (or similar) APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-native development concepts
• Demonstrated ability as a quick learner who can rapidly absorb new technologies, tools, and business domains
• Interest in (or exposure to) AI techniques, especially document or communication intelligence
• Knowledge of (or strong motivation and ability to quickly learn) supply chain processes, SAP, and other enterprise business systems
• Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating in a cross-functional team
• Ability to work from our Santa Clara, CA office

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience integrating with SAP (especially S/4
  
  HANA) or other major ERP/business systems
• Exposure to AI document/email intelligence, LLMs, or structured data extraction from unstructured sources
• Experience with workflow engines, event-driven architectures, or complex business process automation
• Frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js (or similar) and backend experience with Node.js, NextJS, Python, or equivalent
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization, or applied data science techniques in a business context
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Fabric/Power BI or similar)
• Familiarity with building or supporting analytical data pipelines, ETL processes, or datasets that feed application insights

Location

This is an onshore role based in Santa Clara, California. Candidates must be able to work from the Santa Clara office.
