Job Title: Infrastructure Program Manager

Location: SF Bay Area, CA (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead IT integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role will drive Day 1 onboarding, infrastructure integration, collaboration tool migrations, and application consolidation while ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Lead end-to-end IT integration projects for M&A initiatives.
• Execute Day 1 employee onboarding, including hardware, identity, and access provisioning.
• Manage network and infrastructure integrations (VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VoIP).
• Plan and execute migrations for Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Asana
  , and other collaboration tools.
• Drive application rationalization, data migration, and SaaS consolidation.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, vendors, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations.

• 7+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, network, or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects, preferably in M&A integrations

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana
  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
