Networking / AI Infrastructure / Technical Content Overview

Seeking a Technical Writer to develop high-quality technical and product content for advanced networking and AI infrastructure technologies. This individual will work directly with engineering and product teams to understand complex technical specifications and translate them into clear, accurate, and visually compelling customer-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical collateral including data sheets, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, product launch materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Translate engineering specifications and complex networking concepts into concise content for technical and business audiences.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and consistent messaging.
  • Organize complex technical information into polished, readable, and visually effective content while maintaining an original and differentiated point of view.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Writing, Technical Marketing, Product Content, or related technology communications roles.
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications, architecture documents, and technical product information.
  • Strong writing, editing, information design, and technical storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating data sheets, technical briefs, competitive analysis, presentations, or product launch collateral.
  • Background in networking, Ethernet switching, data center infrastructure, AI infrastructure, GPUs, semiconductors, or related technologies strongly preferred.
Preferred Background
  • Experience with in organizations such as Cisco, Arista Networks, NVIDIA, Juniper Networks, Broadcom, Marvell, HPE/Aruba, or similar networking and infrastructure companies.
  • Degree or technical background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
