Job Summary:
To oversee the design team, set design standards, contribute to the design strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into software/product development.
- Lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
Salary Range:
Minimum $69,000 - Maximum $128,000

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
