Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Business Systems Analyst with our client located in Santa Clara, CA.

This role provides senior business systems analyst consulting expertise to align enterprise strategy with scalable process design and CPQ best practices. The consultant will define and optimize complex, cross-functional workflows supporting advanced services, sales, order management, and field operations. Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories, partnering with architects and developers to implement CPQ configurations, and ensuring alignment across integrated enterprise platforms including Service Now, Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP systems.

The role also supports process governance, platform standardization, testing, and adoption to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

5-8 years of experience Bachelor's degree required Experience with Salesforce, Service Now, Logik.io, Google Cloud Apps, Zoura, Net Suite Experience in requirements documentation & gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, process mapping.

Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $65-$70/hr location:
Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
