Position OverviewThe Sr. Product Analyst focused on Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) will work closely with Quality, Document Control and R&D (PCM) business leaders to understand requirements for the PTC Windchill implementation. You will collaborate with business users, project managers, and vendor resources to define requirements and translate them into user stories.
Essential Job Functions- Understand user challenges and system opportunities; translate them into detailed user stories, requirements, and defect reports.
- Create supporting documentation such as process flows, mockups, and system-specific functional design guidance.
- Evaluate requests for technical feasibility and procedural compliance before accepting work into the backlog.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussion to gain consensus on how to proceed for unique incidents.
- Serve as the Product Analyst (PA) by setting priorities, defining scope, and communicating the future roadmap and vision to globally distributed developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Partner with technical and business teams to analyze root causes, assess impact and develop holistic solutions.
- Partner with Product and Platform Product Manager(s) to maintain a deep understanding of business processes and priorities, ensuring team delivery aligns with business value and needs.
- Identify, manage, and address dependencies across teams while working closely with business stakeholders, and the Product Manager.
