Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong data center background to lead and manage complex technical programs across server hardware, product engineering, and test engineering. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, managing risks, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring successful execution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or a related domain.
- Strong experience working in data center environments and infrastructure programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-changing environment.
- Familiarity with Python programming for automation, data analysis, or engineering workflows.
- Good understanding of server hardware, system architecture, and data center technologies.
- Experience collaborating with global engineering teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
