Job DescriptionAs a Technical Product Manager, you will design and drive innovative solutions forthe new Service
Now SOM systembydefining and managing the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Witha strong AI enablement mindset, you will helpensuresuccessfulproductdevelopment and launches.
Your focus will be delivering innovative, high-qualityfeaturesthat meetstakeholderneeds,align with company strategy, and keep theend-user experience at the center.
You will play a critical role in driving the success of our SOM products by bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. This TPM role is pivotal in shaping the success of ourgo-to-market technical products. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives as well as supported by data.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key features, enhancements, and milestones for the product's evolution.
Performance Metrics and Analysis
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Use this insight to drive the future product roadmap.
Strong Product Ownership Mindset
- End toend product ownership mindset instead of project – ongoing product inspection for its health and provide product insights.
- Strong sense of urgency to address any product related issues and ability to rally the team and drive them towards resolution.
Requirement Gathering and End User Focused Solution Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Provide the solution that answers to the end users' business problems with AI as key part of your solution.
- Design solutions, define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Iterate on product features and enhancements to addressstakeholdersneeds and pain points.
Technical Understanding
- Possess a deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints associated with the product.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of product features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX design, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- Partner withour platform,finance,sales, operations,and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
- Gather seller feedback and market intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions and identify gaps in market positioning.
- Ensure product messaging and positioning resonates with internal customer sand differentiates against competitive solutions.
