* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* As part of the  
** AGS Logistics - Service Strategy
** team, you will contribute to transforming global logistics and warehouse operations through  
** AI/ML, Simulation, and Network Optimization
** initiatives. You will work on high-impact business problems, leveraging data and technology to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Support  
** AI/ML and data-driven solutions
** for logistics and warehouse operations.

+ Analyze large datasets using  
** data mining, analytics, and visualization tools
** to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

+ Develop and evaluate  
** network optimization models
** to improve supply chain efficiency and service performance.

+ Build and run  
** simulation models
** to assess operational scenarios and support strategic decision-making.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and implement scalable solutions.

+ Contribute to automation initiatives that enhance operational productivity and visibility.

** TECHNICAL

SKILLS:

* + AI/ML fundamentals and model development.

+ Gen AI/ RAG /LLM tools

+ Data mining, data analytics, and statistical analysis.

+ Python, SQL, Process Mining and Simulation tools and related analytics tools.

+ Operations Research, Optimization, and Simulation techniques.

+ Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

** REQUIREMENTS/

EDUCATION:

* + Bachelors Degree in Data Science / Business Analytics / CS / Statistics / Data Analytics / AIML

+ GPA of 3.25 or above preferred

+ Experience in one or more of these areas would be great

+ Gen AI tools

+ Logistics / Supply Chain Understanding

+ Python

+ Statistics

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
