Role Purpose & Impact We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sr. Net Suite Administrator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system management. What You’ll DoManage, support and maintain Net Suite system configurations, including customizations and workflows.

Manage integrations into and from Net Suite from tools like Celigo, Salesforce.

Build relationships with key finance stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Net Suite for business processes.

Maintain and manage customizations for Net Suite modules to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain custom fields, records, and workflows.

Create and manage user roles, permissions, provisioning, access controls and data security.

Assist with data import and exports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Recommend solutions for systems improvements.

Develop and maintain custom reports, suitelets and dashboards.

Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.

Provide user training for user roles.

Stay up-to-date on Net Suite features, enhancements and best practices.

Manage Net Suite business process improvements, projects and ensure delivery of projects outlined in the Net Suite roadmap.

What Makes You a Great Fit5-8 years experience as Net Suite administrator

Current Net Suite Certified Administrator qualification

Exceptional understanding of Net Suite core functionalities.

Experience in implementing and configuring Net Suite modules.

Proficiency in creating custom fields, records, and workflows

Technical experience with modern API methods, SQL and the development of complex systems at scale

Familiarity with Net Suite Suitescript is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
