Validation Technician

Our client Validation Technician to join their team. As a Validation Technician, you will be part of the Test Operations Department supporting internal service-related issues and equipment management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Validation Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

• Monitor and assist with equipment status using tracking systems and dispatch support personnel as needed.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure setup requests are completed efficiently and communicate updates to customers.
• Work with test operations engineers and technicians to diagnose and repair system issues reported by customers.
• Assist in achieving test objectives and maintaining on‑time delivery goals through teamwork and proactive problem resolution.
• Ensure operational documentation and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted timely for each operation.

• Certification from a qualified vocational/technical school or 3 years of equivalent experience in semiconductor test operations.
• Familiarity with semiconductor test floor operations and equipment such as Advantest 93K, Teradyne Uflex, Hontech, Seiko Epson, Chroma, TEL, Semics, etc.
• Experience working with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
• Hands‑on skills with data entry systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including additional hours if necessary, and meet shift requirements.
