Johnson & Johnson RAD (Robotics and Digital) is seeking a Sr. Analyst Deliver Excellence – OTTAVA for our Santa Clara, California location. The role focuses on supporting delivery and logistics operations, strategic projects, and customer experience initiatives within the supply chain.
PurposeThe candidate will use strong analytical skills and foundational experience in delivery processes such as warehouse and distribution, transportation, customer service, network planning, and import/export. The role requires collaboration across supply chain functions and support for cross‑regional teams. Exposure to Integrated Business Planning, manufacturing, capital equipment or medical device distribution is a plus. The candidate will manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and drive customer‑centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support execution of strategic projects across manufacturing and delivery landscapes.
- Contribute to core operational responsibilities within the delivery/logistics function.
- Develop and implement operational standards, protocols, and processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction for commercial launch activities.
- Support on‑site delivery field activities for installations and de‑installations in coordination with Service.
- Collaborate with Global Delivery RAD team and affiliates for implementation and launch activities.
- Actively manage risks, issues, and follow‑up actions during project planning meetings.
- Support assigned projects from a delivery perspective, collaborating cross‑functionally with supply chain, Service, and Commercial organizations.
- Assist in developing materials for strategic roadmap discussions and decision‑making for the Ottava program.
- Track and report project status, risks, deliverables, and activities within overall schedule.
- Support tracking of operating and capital expenses against plans.
- Develop KPI’s and customer experience metrics across delivery activities.
- Analyze distribution network and capacity; identify opportunities to improve service levels.
- Collect and analyze voice‑of‑customer data to inform solutions and implementation plans.
- Coordinate execution of delivery dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance tracking.
- Coordinate delivery installation and de‑installation activities for customers with Service and Commercial organizations.
- Assist with on‑site or remote coordination during loading and unloading of capital systems.
- Support coordination with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with resource planning, load planning, and schedule alignment across delivery teams.
- Support implementation of global delivery activities.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure execution timelines and deliverables are met.
- Work with Project Management Organization and Launch Excellence team to maintain timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
- University bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–5 years related experience.
- Experience in delivery operations (warehousing, distribution, transportation, customer service, distribution network analysis).
- Experience in at least two other supply‑chain functional areas (Plan, Make, Source).
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Travel requirement 20–25% domestically or internationally.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree.
- People leadership experience (2+ years).
- Systems implementation projects (WMS, TMS, ERP, OTC).
- Surgical robotics distribution logistics experience.
- Green belt Six Sigma certification and supply‑chain certification (APICS/IBF).
