The Sourcing Manager V will be responsible for managing procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive efficiency in sourcing processes. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals. Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company standards. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost savings and value. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sourcing and procurement management. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Pay Range: $90 - $95 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
