We are seeking a highly organized Silicon Operations Program Manager to support planning, implementation, and cross‑functional coordination, with a focus on achieving flawless silicon operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, diligent, and thrives in complex environments. This role demands someone who can manage operational details, communicate clearly, and bring structure to fast‑paced silicon operations programs. You will work across teams, encouraging responsibility, keeping teams aligned across engineering, planning, supply chain, and business operations, and help operations leadership make informed decisions through clear reporting and focused execution.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Own day‑to‑day tactical program management for silicon operations activities, schedules, achievements, and deliverables.
  • Track, coordinate, and communicate action items, risks, dependencies, and NPI supply status across teams.
  • Coordinate planning and implementation across engineering, foundry, supply chain, and OSATs.
  • Support silicon programs, including test HW procurement and allocation, engineering build requests, operational/material planning, capacity tracking, chip supply forecast, and logistics.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous situations by coordinating inputs, identifying gaps, and driving accountability for NPI chip supply.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation.
  • Call out blockers, drive closure on open issues, and ensure decisions are communicated clearly.
  • Continuously improve workflows, communication rhythms, and operational processes.
What We Need To See
  • 8+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, program management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize various tasks, collaborators, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing daily/weekly leadership‑level updates.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar planning/reporting tools.
  • Experience tracking program metrics, risks, actions, dependencies, and results.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Ownership approach with the ability to foster accountability without direct authority.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • Experience in semiconductor, silicon, hardware, manufacturing, or technology operations.
  • Background supporting NPI, supply readiness, capacity planning, and silicon lifecycle.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/program management certification.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing complex collaborator environments.
  • Proven track record improving operational processes, reporting systems, or cross‑functional workflows and strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear insights, decisions, and action plans.
