As a Service Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Service Operations team by managing service supply plans and ensuring customer return demand requirements are met. You will be responsible for maintaining key system parameters, including contracts, part numbers, bills of materials, supply chain relationships, and material/supplier data, ensuring accurate setup, timely updates, and smooth operational execution.
Required Qualifications &Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in service planning, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP-based planning environments.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale IT projects and service-side supply chain operations.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with Excel macros is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SFDC, Baxter, SAP/CRM, MRP, or similar business applications.
- Direct experience in service operations, spare parts planning, and customer support environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to document, automate, and optimize processes while driving cross-functional improvements and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business software tools.
- Strong command of English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Entrepreneurial/startup mentality with the flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or relevant areas or equivalent work experience.
