Senior Director, Service Supply Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Service Supply Planning to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location:

Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $292,000 – $442,750 annually

• Coordinate the global Service Operations S&OP process to align customer requirements with supply chain strategies
• Champion organizational development, scaling a resilient planning team for growth
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales Operations to balance service needs and capacity
• Serve as a cross-functional bridge among various teams to ensure unified business outcomes
• Develop metrics to track supply chain performance and its impact on customer satisfaction
• Lead the development of proactive supply risk frameworks amidst global trade challenges
• Architect and improve the service supply planning infrastructure for agility and scalability

• 18+ years of experience in global supply chain and service planning leadership
• 10+ years of management experience in complex, high-tech settings
• Expertise in S&OP processes: forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a collaborative approach
• Advanced analytical skills linking supply chain performance to business impact
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, planning, or related field; advanced degree preferred
