POSITION TITLE

Production & Supply Chain Coordinator

In this position, you will coordinate production planning and delivery scheduling for customer orders while working closely with customers, production planning teams, and sales and engineering functions to support supply chain performance and enhance customer satisfaction

• Consolidate product, volume, and delivery requirements based on customer orders and business needs
• Coordinate production schedules and delivery commitments with production planning teams
• Participate in production planning meetings and facilitate alignment on supply requirements
• Prepare and submit delivery schedule reports to customers
• Manage delivery discussions, negotiations, and schedule adjustments with customers
• Monitor market trends and demand fluctuations and communicate relevant information internally
• Review and approve customer purchase orders
• Maintain shipment data and order allocations through customer portals
• Monitor consignment inventory levels and arrange replenishment requirements
• Prepare demand forecast, sales performance, and inventory reports
• Support procurement-related delivery coordination activities
• Serve as an escalation point for customers by identifying issues, coordinating internal stakeholders, and proposing solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and related practical experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Effective organizational and planning skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
• Strong commitment to achieving customer and business objectives
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
