The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role at MOJOBREAK INC’s Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing the company’s ecommerce platform, overseeing product listings, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data to inform strategy. The role also involves executing digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, and overseeing customer service to build strong relationships with the community and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with various teams to improve and streamline ecommerce processes is a key part of the role.

• Knowledge and experience in Ecommerce platforms and online store management
• Skills in data analysis, reporting, and sales optimization strategies
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Project management and problem-solving skills to improve business operations
• Proficiency in inventory management and vendor coordination is a plus
• Experience with in hobby, collectible, or sports card industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
