• Lead client relationships as a trusted corporate tax business advisor, managing day‑to‑day tax matters for middle‑market and multinational clients.
• Consult on technical matters and special projects in corporate and flow‑through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC 740.
• Research tax issues, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, and recommend client‑wide solutions.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex state and local, high‑net‑worth, international, research and development, credits and incentives matters.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings, collections, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally to acquire new clients, projects and revenue.
• Invest in personal professional development through firm‑wide learning and development programs.
• Support the growth of team members through coaching, mentoring, and the Baker Tilly Care & Teach philosophy.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law or a related business field; master’s or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• Eight or more years of experience providing federal and corporate tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm, including ASC 740 provision experience.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain commitment to continuous learning and quality.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Compensation range: $191,260 – $362,600.
