Program / Project Manager, Healthcare Management
Accountable for operations project management for the Northern California Campus Office portfolio, which includes 99 buildings, 7.2M SF, and 222 customers throughout Santa Clara, San Jose, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, and Mountain View. This role will include defined projects/tasks and will also take on miscellaneous projects requested by Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead expense forecasting and long‑term capital planning for building systems; partner with operations to align budgets, manage payments in Coupa, and provide bi‑monthly variance analysis
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle—including RFPs, bid analysis, and renewals—while serving as the primary lead for vendor performance, insurance compliance, and risk mitigation
- Develop and implement standardized tools (Centralization Workflows) and documentation processes to enhance regional productivity and ensure consistent operational alignment
- Act as the primary operations contact for Fire Life Safety, MOE/Capital projects, Hazardous Materials and Tenant Improvements (TI), collaborating with engineering to optimize vendor efficiencies and project scheduling
- Leverage data analytics to track performance trends and provide actionable insights via dashboards and memos
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Knowledge of PPM, Argus and MRI
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Work Experience:
3 – 5 years
- Project Management certification preferred
- Local Travel Required
- Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law (this role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position)

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
