Job Opening:
Quality Inspector (Graveyard Shift)

Shift: Starts at 10:00pm

Summary:
Performs various inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met at different manufacturing stages. Supports organizational goals to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inspect in-process or finished assemblies and sub-assemblies for quality conformance.
  • Determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements based on blueprints, engineering change notices, or established procedures.
  • Evaluate new procedures for non-standard rest and perform special setups on new equipment.
  • Assist in correcting or preventing quality deficiencies.
  • Provide work direction to other inspectors.
  • Understand customer expectations and drive actions to meet them.
  • Perform first article inspections.
  • Identify components.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned.
  • Job Qualifications:

    • Education: Secondary/High School diploma or equivalent
    • Experience: 6+ years, preferably in Quality

    Required Skills:

    • Experience with PCBA
    • Ability to use measurement equipment
    • Ability to read ECO/Dev instructions, build drawers, and BOM
    • Familiarity with SMT, component identification, IPC 610 standards, and IPC certification preferred
    • Experience with First Piece and First Article processes
