Pay Rate: $25 - $28.80/hr
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Model: Fully Onsite
Job OverviewThe Manufacturing Operator plays a critical role in assembling high-quality medical and diagnostic products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures. This role supports production efficiency, quality control, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with Roche’s regulatory and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities- Assemble products according to detailed work instructions and specifications
- Accurately integrate components using appropriate tools and equipment
- Maintain production efficiency by following standardized procedures
- Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime
- Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
- Support inventory management to ensure uninterrupted production
- Operate tools and machinery safely and precisely
- Report issues, deviations, or process concerns to supervisors promptly
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in industry tools and/or software
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
