Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzes business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and designs solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and following established processes and guidelines.
  • Participates in reviewing and monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance; determines modifications as needed.
  • With supervision, provides support services to GIS customers for specific IT services or sets of services. Adheres to service‑management processes and procedures to meet service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. Performs system analysis and debugging of configuration and programs to identify problem root causes.
Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline.
  • Electrical and/or building construction knowledge or experience.
  • Computer science knowledge or basic programming.
Responsibilities
  • Design, prototype and architect software solutions and services for facilities and IT systems.
  • Lead and collaborate with facilities to build and support technology.
  • Troubleshoot software problems of limited difficulty.
  • Communicate with internal customers for an understanding of project requirements.
  • Program management to bridge gaps between IT and facilities.

  • Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
