Rocket EMS is seeking a Through-Hole Hand Load Assembler to manually insert electronic components onto printed circuit boards prior to the selective soldering process. This hands-on position supports the manufacture of high-reliability aerospace and defense assemblies in an ESD-controlled environment.
The role requires careful attention to detail, following drawings, BOMs, and quality requirements, and maintaining traceability and proper component seating before final inspection.
