Elite Engineering & Manufacturing, LLC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to run the day-to-day shop floor in Santa Clara. You will own production scheduling, capacity planning, on-time delivery, and quality/compliance across precision machining, sheet metal, and assembly operations.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in hands-on manufacturing management, deep AS9100/ISO knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to wear many hats while maintaining morale and safety on the shop floor.
