About the Role

We are seeking experienced CNC Mill Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Santa Clara. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines, monitoring production, and ensuring that all parts meet strict quality specifications. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating CNC mills and is comfortable using precision inspection tools to verify part accuracy.

Key responsibilities
  • Operate CNC milling machines such as Matsuura, 5‑axis, and EDM to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
  • Perform in‑process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges.
  • Ensure all parts meet quality standards and report any defects or issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow production schedules and communicate any issues with supervisors or leads.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of CNC mill operating experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
  • Hands‑on shop experience required (school training alone is not sufficient).
  • Experience operating CNC mills (not CNC lathes).
  • Ability to use inspection hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
