Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. • Perform hand assembly, visual inspection, and production tasks in a clean‑room manufacturing environment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Complete data collection, basic computer entry, and production documentation accurately.
• Inspect products using visual standards and measuring equipment to support quality requirements.
• Adapt to different manufacturing teams, buildings, or production areas as business needs change.
• Maintain strong attendance, safety awareness, and quality standards throughout each shift.

• Pay range: $24.50 to $27.40 per hour.
• 2nd shift pay: $24.50 per hour plus $2.40 shift differential, totaling $26.90 per hour.

  Day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.
