Looking for CNC Operator jobs in Santa Clara where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating CNC equipment or Swiss Screw machines preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Set up and operate Swiss Screw and CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Program machine functions using computer commands
- Load raw materials and prepare machines for production
- Run first-piece inspections to verify specifications are met
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect and measure finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain production standards while working safely and efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
