ROHM Semiconductor USA is seeking a highly motivated HTOL Support Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying developmental and production electronic components, circuitry, parts, equipment, and systems. This position is in Santa Clara, California. This is an on-site position 5 days per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily to include but not limited to:
Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on HTOL lab equipment
Visual inspection, loading, and unloading of silicon devices under tes
HTOL reliability test startup, monitoring, and reporting
Keep clear logs of HTOL reliability tests, maintenance activities, and repairs performed
Calibrate equipment and run diagnostics tests
Follow established processes and safety standards
Additional duties and responsibilities as required and assigned
- Minimum AA/Post Secondary Education in Electronics
- Minimum 0-2 years of industry-related working experience
- Workplace safety standards and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and troubleshooting skills on electrical systems with exceptional attention to detail
Basic understanding of electronic circuit concepts and components, including resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, and integrated circuits (ICs)
Practical experience with PCB schematics and layouts
Multimeter, power supply, temperature chamber
AC and DC voltage
Soldering and rework of printed circuit board assemblies
Microscope
Excel and Power Point
