Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $25.00-$31.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Horizontal Band Saw Operator to support manufacturing and material handling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role is responsible for cutting and preparing raw materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are available to meet production demands. Candidates with manufacturing, inventory control, or machine shop experience are encouraged to apply.

• Cut and prepare raw materials to specifications using a horizontal band saw.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform material tracking, and support lot traceability requirements.
• Pick, release, store, and organize materials for production using proper labeling methods.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and prepare production documentation.
• Perform basic material inspections and assist with nonconforming material processes.
• Operate a forklift to unload, transport, and store materials as needed.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve inventory or material issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and inventory environment.
• Experience operating saw equipment and cutting raw materials.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
