Product Sample Assembler

Our client, a packaging design and engineering organization, is seeking a Product Sample Assembler to join their team. As a Product Sample Assembler, you will be part of the Packaging Innovation & Testing Labs supporting the Engineering and Prototyping Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, hands-on problem-solving skills, and solid organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Sample Assembler
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range: $24–$29/hour (DOE)

• Manually assemble corrugated packaging samples for design validation and testing
• Prepare materials based on drawings, specifications, and requirements
• Manage sample workflow, inventory, and lab organization
• Coordinate packaging, shipping, and receiving of sample materials

• Experience assembling packaging samples in a hands-on environment
• Background working with packaging materials (corrugated, paperboard, rigid boxes)
• Familiarity with packaging manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Ability to read drawings and use measurement tools (calipers, rulers, scales)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Hands-on work in a modern packaging innovation lab
• Exposure to CNC cutting, 3D printing, and testing technologies highly preferred
