We are seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance activities within a regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform assembly, testing, rework, verification, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and test manufacturing equipment and components.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, schematics, and production requirements.
- Complete travelers, production records, and other documentation accurately.
- Support GMP, quality, safety, validation, and inspection requirements.
- Identify and communicate equipment issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Validation, Planning, and Production teams.
- Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives.
- High school diploma/GED with at least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or equipment-related activities.
- Ability to read technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- GMP/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with bioprocess equipment, single-use technologies, industrial controls, or validation is a plus.
