Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Santa Clara, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or FNP to join a leading healthcare provider in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • 4x10’s or 8x5’s.
Pay
  • $180,960 - $193,440 DOE ($87 -$93 an hour)
Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Order and interpret lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide education to patients regarding disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options.
  • Assist with minor medical procedures and surgeries when necessary.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain thorough medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
  • New Grads Accepted
  • Urgent Care Background Preferred
  • Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Years of experience preferred, but new grads are also welcome to apply.
