Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology. The role requires clinical experience and relevant credentials and will be based on site‑based work.

- 6–12 months related clinical experience
- Current California State NP or PA license
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Active DEA registration

- 1–2 years in Endocrinology, Diabetes, or Gestational Diabetes
