Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Director for Primary Care and Pediatrics.
Location:
Bay Area, CA.
Position details:
- Provide operational and clinical leadership for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across Primary Care and Pediatrics service lines
- Partner with physician and operational leadership to design and implement high-performing care delivery models that optimize APC scope of practice and support collaborative care delivery
- Drive initiatives that improve access, quality, patient experience, and financial performance across programs.
- Mentor and support APC leaders and emerging leaders
- Maintain a hybrid role that combines leadership responsibilities with clinical practice within Primary Care or Pediatrics.
- 2 years related experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP?s
- Active DEA registration
