Opportunity Information
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Director for Primary Care and Pediatrics
Location:
Bay Area, CA
Position details:
* Provide operational and clinical leadership for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across Primary Care and Pediatrics service lines
* Partner with physician and operational leadership to design and implement high-performing care delivery models that optimize APC scope of practice and support collaborative care delivery
* Drive initiatives that improve access, quality, patient experience, and financial performance across programs.
* Mentor and support APC leaders and emerging leaders
* Maintain a hybrid role that combines leadership responsibilities with clinical practice within Primary Care or Pediatrics.
Requirements
Qualification(s):
* 2 years related experience
* Current California State NP or PA License
* CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
* Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
* Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
* Active DEA registration
