As an LVN/LPN, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care, including but not limited to:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral or memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
