Assistant Nurse Manager, Emergency

Kaiser Permanente is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager, Emergency to support high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. In partnership with the Nurse Manager, you will coordinate daily ED operations, oversee staffing and patient flow, and support adoption of clinical technology systems. You will mentor and coach nurses, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and collaborate with IT and clinical teams to optimize electronic records and digital tools.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a complex emergency care setting.
