Quality Inspector

Job Title: Quality Inspector – Manufacturing & ISO Compliance (San Jose)

Location: San Jose, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $27.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector in the San Jose metro area to support inspection, testing, and quality assurance efforts within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and assemblies meet strict customer specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks. • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on materials and kits
• Verify assemblies meet work instructions, engineering drawings, and customer specifications
• Complete and audit assembly checklists for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct final testing and confirm customer packaging requirements are met
• Inspect inbound and outbound materials for condition, accuracy, and compliance
• Document, tag, and segregate non-conforming materials per procedures
• Initiate discrepancy reports and support corrective action processes
• Maintain quality records, calibration logs, and support ISO audits

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Prior inspection and/or quality control experience required
• Quality certification required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, conversions, basic algebra/geometry)
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and process control tools preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
