4. Deep understanding of sales cloud and service cloud
5. SFDC Sales Cloud:
Good understanding of Account->
Lead->
Quote->
Order business process and underlying SFDC objects
6. SFDC Service Cloud:
Good understanding of Account->
Case->service workflow and underlying SFDC objects
7. Experience in system testing, integration testing, regression, and acceptance testing
8. Hands-on experience of JIRA for defect tracking, reporting, and project stakeholder communication
