AMD is hiring a Lead AI Research Scientist, Hardware AI Systems, to develop AI systems that generalize across hardware engineering contexts, tool chains, and program generations. You will work on meta reasoning, representation learning across RTL, verification and PD, and learning under high-latency rewards typical of silicon signoff.
You will partner with methodology and silicon teams to turn innovations into reusable models, benchmarks and transfer protocols that scale with AMD’s roadmap.
