Sales Associate; Part-Time - Valley

The Sales Associate helps achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard. They create an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and community engagement.

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Build daily client relationships and support team collaboration.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results, focusing on growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on product features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
• Promote the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and knowledge.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand and protect the daily schedule that prioritizes the best business strategy.
• Assist with shipment processing, product flow, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment.
• Execute all front and back‑of‑house procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store, performing additional tasks as needed.

• Preferred 1+ years of client‑centric sales experience.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Alignment with and embodiment of ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Self‑motivated with a drive for results, both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to move constantly within all store areas.
• Capability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb ladders.
• Capability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Part‑time associates work up to 30 hours per week with a minimum 4‑hour shift. Full‑time associates work 32–40 hours per week with open availability. All employees must work during the blackout period from the week of Thanksgiving through the first week of January.

Associate base pay ranges from $18.50–$21.50 per hour in Santa Clara, CA. Associates are eligible to participate in the monthly store incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
