Assistant Store Manager - Valley

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service for the Valley Fair location. This role involves supervising and developing the store team, managing inventory and omnichannel initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and merchandising standards. The Assistant Store Manager will act as a brand ambassador and perform Store Manager responsibilities in the manager’s absence.

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store staff while modeling brand values and customer service standards.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory management, and execution of company programs and procedures.
• Perform omnichannel services and initiatives to support integrated customer experiences.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day management and assume Store Manager duties when needed.

• Passion for premium denim and the Diesel brand with strong product and trend knowledge.
• Proven management and communication skills with experience leading retail teams.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building and service skills.
• Ability to embrace change, support innovation in retail, and execute omnichannel initiatives.
